We cook and deliver world-inspired dishes adapted to British seasonal ingredients, for a wide range of events (up to 70 guests) in East London – private events, corporate lunches and breakfasts, drinks and canapés, birthdays, photo shoots, gallery openings etc.

About
My name is Khanh. Born in Montreal, with roots in Saigon, I now live and cook in London. My style of cooking is at the intersection of these worlds. Ko-Kan's menus are also inspired by tastes and flavour combinations acquired on my travels to Latin America, Africa and Asia where I sampled beautiful dishes, and cooked and shared food with local communities.
